I am available for workshops, lectures, training and other events. I have previously presented at national and international conferences and provided training and team building events within the private, public and charity sectors.

Working therapeutically with young men (social/behavioural problems, drug & alcohol addiction, victims of domestic violence/abuse)

2019 - awarded Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts for outstanding achievements in social progress and development.
​

2019 - awarded the 'The Bruce Howard Bayley Award for Dramatherapy at the Edge'. The purpose of this award is to encourage, support and celebrate the expansion and development of dramatherapy practice in non-traditional areas, venues, issues, client populations, settings and models of practice. This was awarded by the British Association of Dramatherapists for the creation of an innovative pilot environmental arts therapy group and service evaluation. This group is one of the first of its kind in the NHS and is being held within Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

October 2022 - East London NHS Foundation Trust - training day for arts therapies departments across the Trust on the use of Environmental Arts Therapy.

William has been invited to facilitate a day-long workshop on ecopsychology and nature-based therapies for the Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) in Scotland in September 2022.

Co-chair of the September 2021 British Psychodrama Association's Festival of Psychodrama and Sociodrama. This month-long event consisted of online workshops and seminars led by a selection of international facilitators from as far afield as the USA, Russia and India, as well as many familiar trainers in psychodrama and sociodrama from the UK and Ireland. As well as online events there were live workshops hosted in person across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Co-chair of the 2020 annual conference of the British Psychodrama Association. The 2020 conference theme was Psychodrama and Sociodrama - Roots and Shoots: From Moreno to the Future.
