I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with over twenty years’ experience in the field. In my NHS role, I am part of North London NHS Foundation Trust's (NLFT) senior leadership team providing psychology and psychotherapy services across Haringey. I serve as Psychology Lead for Haringey’s largest Community Mental Health Team and as Clinical Lead for Group Psychotherapy across the borough. My NHS work focuses on supporting adults living with severe, complex, and long-term mental health difficulties. I also run a private practice for individuals seeking therapy for emotional distress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a deeper understanding of themselves.

My specialist approach is psychodrama - a creative, relational, and integrative form of psychotherapy that draws on psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential perspectives. It is rooted in the philosophy of J. L. Moreno, whose ideas on spontaneity and creativity guide my work with people who feel stuck or disconnected, helping them to rediscover movement, meaning, and agency in their lives.
